اليوم أطلقنا إصدار "فهمت" 4.0.
يضيف هذا الإصدار ترجمات لثلاث لغات أخرى: البلغارية والجاليكية والسواحلية.
تحوي على ١٩٠ نشاطاً منها ٨ أنشطة جديدة:
- "فئات نحوية" نشاطٌ لتعلّم على أنواع الكلمات نحويا، فئة واحدة في المرة الواحدة.
- "تحليل نحوي" تشبه السابق، لكن فئات نحوية أكثر متوفرة لكل جملة.
- "Calcudoku" لعبة حسابية تهدف إلى ملء شبكة بأعداد حسب قواعد معينة.
- في "خمّن 24"، استعمل 4 أعداد معطاة و عوامل حسابية لإيجاد الناتج 24!
- في "زخرفة"، تنسخ زخرفات مختلفة أو تكملها.
- "قراءة المستقيم المُدرّج", نشاطٌ لتعلم قراءة القيم على مستقيم مُدرّج.
- في "استعمال المستقيم المُدرّج", ضع القيم على مستقيم مُدرّج.
- في الأعداد المتجاورةفي "الأعداد المتجاورة", تعلم ما الأعداد التي تأتي قبل سلسلة معينة أو بعدها.
فيه صور جديدة ورسوم وتحسينات لعدة أنشطة.
لقد وصلنا إلى إنجاز رئيسي في هذا الإصدار: بعد ما يقرب من 9 سنوات من العمل، أنهينا مهمة إعادة رسم جميع الرسومات لتتناسب مع الإرشادات!

يحوي هذا الإصدار على ترجمة للغتين إضافيتين: العربية و اسبرانتو.
يحتوي على إصلاحات أخطاء في أنشطة متعددة مثل "ترميز المسار " ، "حرف في كلمة " و "Ballcatch " و "عزف البيانو ".
أجريت بعض التحسينات في التعامل مع لوحة المفاتيح (الاختصارات والتركيز ...) في العديد من الأنشطة.

اليوم أطلقنا الإصدار "فهمت" 3.2.
يصحح الإصدار الجديد بعض الثغرات في بعض الأنشطة مثل: "اكتشف شفرة مورس"، "تحكم في خرطوم الماء"ونشاطات الموسيقى.
فيه صور جديدة ورسوم لكل نشاطات الذاكرة و "أحجية الصغار".
أضيف معامل جديد لسطر الأوامر(--difficulty {value|min-max}) يسمح للمستخدمين بضبط مرشّح الصعوبة إلى قيمة معينة أو مجال.
حُدّثت خطّ Andika إلى آخر إصدار له(6.200).

اليوم أطلقنا إصدار "فهمت" 3.1.
لقد لاحظنا أن الإصدار 3.0 فيه خطأ فادح في الإصدار الجديد لنشاط"المقارنة"، قررنا إطلاق النسخة 3.1 بسرعة لحل المشكلة.
كما أن فيها تحديثات بسيطة للترجمة.

We are pleased to announce the release of GCompris version 3.0.
It contains 182 activities, including 8 new ones:
- "Mouse click training" is an exercise to practice using a mouse with left and right clicks.
- In "Create the fractions", represent decimal quantities with some pie or rectangle charts.
- In "Find the fractions", it's the other way: write the fraction represented by the pie or rectangle chart.
- With "Discover the International Morse code", learn how to communicate with the International Morse code.
- In "Compare numbers", learn how to compare number values using comparison symbols.
- "Find ten's complement" is a simple exercise to learn the concept of ten's complement.
- In "Swap ten's complement", swap numbers of an addition to optimize it using ten's complement.
- In "Use ten's complement", decompose an addition to optimize it using ten's complement.
We've added 2 new command line options:
- List all the available activities (-l or --list-activities)
- Directly start a specific activity (--launch activityName)
This version also contains several improvements and bug fixes.
On the translation side, GCompris 3.0 contains 36 languages. 25 are fully translated: (Azerbaijani, Basque, Breton, British English, Catalan, Catalan (Valencian), Chinese Traditional, Croatian, Dutch, Estonian, French, Greek, Hebrew, Hungarian, Italian, Lithuanian, Malayalam, Norwegian Nynorsk, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Slovenian, Spanish, Ukrainian). 11 are partially translated: (Albanian (99%), Belarusian (83%), Brazilian Portuguese (94%), Czech (82%), Finnish (94%), German (91%), Indonesian (99%), Macedonian (94%), Slovak (77%), Swedish (94%) and Turkish (71%)).
A special note about Ukrainian voices which have been added thanks to the organization "Save the Children" who funded the recording. They installed GCompris on 8000 tablets and 1000 laptops, and sent them to Digital learning Centers and other safe spaces for children in Ukraine.
Croatian voices have also been recorded by a contributor.

For packagers of GNU/Linux distributions, note that we have a new dependency on QtCharts QML plugin, and the minimum required version of Qt5 is now 5.12. We also moved from using QtQuick.Controls 1 to QtQuick.Controls 2.

Today we are releasing GCompris version 2.4.
We optimized the size of all the packages for all platforms and of the external word images set (~30% smaller).
If you disabled the automatic download and want to have the full images set, you should go to the configuration and click on "Download full word image set".
The text "Full word image set is installed" is displayed below when you have the latest version.
Norwegian Nynorsk introduction voices have been added by Karl Ove Hufthammer and Øystein Steffensen-Alværvik. Malayalam voices have been completed by Aiswarya Kaitheri Kandoth.
Many images have been updated for several activities.
We have also fixed a few bugs in Renewable energy, Watercycle and Logical associations activities.

Today we are releasing GCompris version 2.3.
As we noticed that version 2.2 had been shipped with a bug that broke 3 activities ("Alphabet sequence", "Even and odd numbers" and "Numbers in order"), we decided to fix it quickly with a new maintenance release.

Hi,
We are pleased to announce the release of GCompris version 2.2.
This is a maintenance release, so every GNU/Linux distribution shipping 2.0 or 2.1 should update to 2.2.
Here is a summary of included changes:
- New images and lot of little issues fixed in Watercycle and Renewable energy activities.
- New images in Tangram activity.
- Better letter ordering in the virtual keyboard (follows the locale set in GCompris).
- Fix a crash on Android when starting Balancebox activity.
- Many other little fixes and improvements.
On the translation side:
- Russian translation has been completed.
- New voices added for Norwegian Nynorsk (all except the introduction voices).
